Delivery only to your address (not to the neighbors)
The product you ordered will be sent to the address you specified. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your order will not be delivered to your neighbors. The parcel service will leave a message and will offer the package again the next working day. If the package cannot be delivered the second time, you will receive a note with which you can collect the package from the nearest PostNL office.
What does a package from ilovekinky.com look like?
Below you will find examples of what our packages look like on the outside. You will also find an example of all the information that we put on the address sticker. Our webshop name is not visible on the package.
The sticker above is an example of what the address sticker on your package looks like. The sender on the sticker says "Postal order" and the content says "internet order". There are also instructions for the postman that he may only deliver to your address and not to your neighbours.
What will appear on my bank statement?
The name "ilovekinky.com" will not appear on your bank statement. There will always be a neutral name such as "ILK.com via Pay.nl".
Almost all products that you find at ilovekinky.com are delivered directly from stock. This way you are assured of a fast and insured delivery. If you order before 23:30 and the item is in stock? Then you will receive the item you ordered within 48 hours. Curious about when you can expect your order? The delivery time for Belgium, Germany, France can be up to three working days. The delivery time during the weekend or on public holidays may differ. What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are €6.95 Shipping costs for other countries and/or larger products depend on the weight of the shipment and are shown when you check out your order. For orders above €69.00 (for deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium) no shipping costs are charged. In the case of special promotions, shipping costs may differ. Track your package online: -has been received correctly by us -the order confirmation by e-mail. -has been delivered to the carrier -the shipping confirmation with Track & Trace code by e-mail. Foreign shipments Shipments outside the Netherlands and Belgium may be sent via other carriers such as DHL, UPS and Colis Privé.
Warranty
We always strive for customer satisfaction and excellent service. Of course, it can happen that an item is defective, does not function properly or that there is another problem with a product. Below you will find more information about the warranty on our items.
Justified complaint
You only have a warranty in the event of a justified complaint. The complaint is justified if it is not caused by:
damage caused intentionally or by negligence (for example water, fall and/or impact damage);
improper use or negligent maintenance;
normal wear and tear and/or
damage caused by not or not correctly observing the instructions for use.
When handling article complaints, we naturally follow the law. The legal warranty means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it.
ilovekinky.com gives a minimum of 30 days warranty on all items that you buy from us.
Some items have a more extensive factory warranty. The term and content of this factory warranty are - if applicable - stated in the instructions for use of the item. We request that you report a defect as soon as possible after discovery.
Any factory warranty never affects the legal warranty.
